Behavioral Health Analytics Dashboards
Written By jonathan barrick
A PE Backed Behavioral Health company had aggregated 12 smaller companies to grow to a ~1,000 clinician firm, but lacked visibility at all levels for reporting, patient analytics, and tracking. They had a single resource focused on analytics at the same time they were focused on moving all organizations to the same set of internal tools including ERP and CRM systems.
Challenge
As 12 companies started to come together creating a ~1,000 clinician firm, executives and leaders across the organization encountered a deeper and deeper black hole losing visibility into the metrics of the business. While technology and systems were being integrated across the acquisitions, leadership lacked the analytics fire power to adequately ingest, visualize, and analyze data across systems to manage the ever growing organization.
Patient related metrics including time tracking, scheduling, and profitability of clinics began falling through the cracks.
Solution
Implemented Domo as the single source of truth data warehouse and visualization tool to ingest niche data sources focused on behavioral health.
Developed Company wide dashboards with granularity down to the clinician level with permissioning to control data access across teams and manager levels.
Impact
Drove insights for understanding clinician ramp time, clinician time tracking, new clinic location and profitability.
Provided Domo Training for all users to understand and operate in new environment.
Dashboard environment allowed all levels of clinician to manage to their KPIs and visualize their effectiveness.
